I grew up on the banks of Lake Cumberland — swimming, paddling, and fishing its waters. The peace I found on this lake eventually became my calling.
After earning my license in 2010 and completing advanced training in therapeutic massage, I opened Lakeside Harmony to offer something rare: the deep restorative power of skilled touch combined with the serenity of the Cumberland Plateau.
